Are you feeling stuck due to negative self-talk or fear of failure? What obstacles are in your way, obstructing your views, tarnishing your self-image? Are you struggling with dismissing those nagging ‘momilies’ from your childhood?

Are you feeling stuck due to negative self-talk or fear of failure? What obstacles are in your way, obstructing your views, tarnishing your self-image? Are you struggling with dismissing those nagging ‘momilies’ from your childhood?

My mother was always saying (and still to this day) “What would the neighbors think?” I used to stay in my shell, afraid to do anything where I might fail, or might look bad in my mother’s eyes. I have struggled to overcome this limiting belief and now try not to worry about what others think. Overcoming beliefs is no easy feat!

I’m here to let you know, that you are not alone, and I am here to help you along the way. The first step is addressing the fears, so that we can begin to break down the barriers, and ultimately, begin to live the life you’ve dreamed of. Through a series of coaching sessions we partner with you to dispel and disregard those past beliefs and move into the space in which you are destined for.

Lana Wolfe lives in Oregon with her dog Tasha.  She also spends a lot of time in Colorado and traveling through-out the U.S.  After spending 20 years in accounting, she embarked on a new career as an author and life coach. Following her near-death experience as told in her book, Like a Moth to the Flame, a Fatal Attraction, she is actively pursuing her passion to help women overcome fear, find inner peace and live the life of their dreams.  In pursuit of her own dreams she is checking things off her bucket list. Lana has hiked over 16 fourteeners in Colorado and rafted down the Grand Canyon. Up next, she is planning to hike the Pacific Crest Trail.

I have been told that “I bring the sun”. I have had days that I traveled to the beach in Oregon; It was raining up until the time I arrived (the ground was still wet), but as soon as I drove into town, the sun came out. It stayed sunny the entire weekend until I left, although my friend who went to the beach less than 150 miles to the south on the same weekend experienced clouds and rain the entire weekend. I have seen Doppler radar shaped like a horseshoe around me where I can see lightning and storms all around but yet it is not even raining where I am driving. I have driven through Kansas where 100 tornadoes touched down that day, yet I somehow seemed to stay in the eye of the storm and the sky was blue above me as I drove for almost 6 hours. I cannot promise miracles, but I want to help others experience the joy and abundance that life has to offer. I have spent over 20 years in the corporate world working in finance and accounting. But my passion is helping others overcome inner resistance and get more joy in life. I also enjoy hiking and camping and spending time in nature. I have traveled extensively through-out the west for both work and pleasure. My biggest feat was summitting 14 fourteeners in 2014.
